The menu at Hachi though offered such a wide variety of high-grade food, we dined there. The food at T-Bones, Feast Buffet, Grand Cafe and Hachi were all memorable dining experiences at differing tiers. Don't misunderstand us though, we did indulge in moderate play of roulette, blackjack and slots within the casino. Inside the casino our focus was on FOOD as we are not big gamblers. The absolute 'must drink' is the Java Monkey, an iced delight of Starbuck's liquor and other sweet ingredients! The bar offered food that was beyond what I would classify as 'bar food' as well as a variety of colorful and fruity drinks. The layout was cool, a series of pools and hot tubs with full bar and blackjack tables at one side, and cabanas lining the other side and back end.

The Red Rock staff of girls (Kai, Todd, Brad and Darnell weren't half bad either) were beautiful, always smiling and genuinely service oriented. The view of the pool from our 16th floor suite was spectacular, in the daylight and particularly lit up at night. Let's start with poolside where we started our vacation.

After the pre-planned four day excursion with my nephew and his friend (his high school graduation present from me), I decided to quit my job, fly a few friends in, stay for a while and relax! To preface my review, a four day visit to Vegas turned into 30 days.
